Nice usage of red! The monochrome color choice really worked wonders here. It really gives the character in the middle much more importance (and it just plain looks cool.)

Yeah, and with the job market the way it is, I keep losing out any potential jobs I might have to people who shouldn't even have those jobs. And even when I go and ask the person in question in person about my job, they STILL won't hire me. It seems nearly impossible...
